Forex is what we call a "zero sum" game. You are making a bet with someone else about whether a currency will rise or fall. For every winner there has to be a loser. If you are smarter than the average player, you may make money. If you are dumber than the average player, you are likely to lose money. Most of the people making the "bets" in Forex are highly trained professions at banks and other institutions. You are unlikely to beat them at this game without some help... The best part of it is... I have never LOVED drawdowns so much until I joined ForexAmbush! The drawdowns are really the best way to make HUGE sums of money... because you're always sure of the end result... it WILL hit the take profit level. So as the drawdowns increase, I place an increasing number of multiple small lot trades, and then at the end of it, I get a huge windfall! Have used the service for 2 full months and have done extremely well. While it's true there's no stop loss, I for one have to balance my desire for more against the potential drawdown (AKA: money management) - and as a recent Euro trade can prove, the drawdowns can be substantial. (Still made a tidy profit.) The automated program they are introducing is cumbersome to MT4 users (it doesn't use the MT4 platform). It is difficult to be available when the signal comes in (I'm not using the automated signal yet) and I've missed a few of them but the service is worth many times the one time fee.
